Crap SuperherosA list of the 10 worst superheros ever. Just look at some of their names! Whoever thought Dogwelder or Matter Eater Lad were good names for superheros? Although I suppose Batman or Superman aren't all that great. - Tue 21st Nov 2006, 12:21 am
Sin CityWatched Sin city this evening (after playing pool against Sean (The score is now 8-2 to him). It was good: A lot different to most films, and gory and strange... and there wasn't really much of a story or ending, but it was quite good. I'd recommend it. - Sun 19th Nov 2006, 01:30 am
Hung OverBah. I didn't even drink that much last night. - Sat 18th Nov 2006, 02:20 pm
Crashthatch.com has RSS!There's now an RSS feed available for crashthatch.com accessible at http://www.crashthatch.com/rss.php This is mostly so I can import my posts to facebook, but partly because I was curious as to how to set one up, and I guess people might want to use it... maybe. At least this way people are more likely to view my posts. - Fri 17th Nov 2006, 08:02 pm
Shiny Books of FacesI have joined facebook because I was bored. If you know my real name, you can probably invite me to be your friend or something. I may try and figure out how to get these posts into an RSS feed and have them appear on my profile. Depends how bored I get. In other news: Maths sucks (especially limits). - Wed 15th Nov 2006, 11:27 pm
3D Missile Game3D Missile game I managed 89% through level 6 on my first go. You can probably beat that quite easily. I'm very glad I'm not using a laptop touch pad. - Fri 10th Nov 2006, 11:58 pm
Fun ball game thingPaint Ball Click to draw lines. Get the ball to the goal. It goes on for a long time, and there is no save. I spent ages playing it the other day. - Mon 6th Nov 2006, 11:37 pm
Inside a cellAmazing video showing "life" inside a cell. I have no idea how closely it resembles reality, but I imagine it's fairly close to the truth, and it looks really cool. - Wed 18th Oct 2006, 10:46 pm
Kill All HumansThe End of Man. A timeline showing how the world would be affected if all humans were wiped out tomorrow. Something to think about. - Sat 14th Oct 2006, 10:29 pm
Uni still good2 weeks on, and I havn't posted here in a while. Uni still good: I'm enjoying my course... well... the maths part is good (although a little hard). The Computing part is dead easy at the moment. I believe this is the third night I've not been drinking since I got here. Probably ourght to slow down a bit, but I'm getting all my work done, and it doesn't cost that much to drink at home. It's also rained almost every day- quite annoying. Went to some pubs with the Bath Real Ale Society the other night. We got discounts and things, and I met even more people. Also I went to the console-gaming session yesterday. There was only 1 TV (actually, a huge projector) between 25 people, but it wasn't bad. I beat some people at F-zero and got annihilated at Smash Bros. Thought about joining a D&D party, but decided against it... at least for the time being. I have to think of a way to make money without taking up much time... I'll get back to you on that. Anyway, I'm alive and uni is good. Parents coming down for the day on Sat, so that should be good. It also means I can use their car to get heavy things from town to the uni which I've been put off from carrying on the bus. Will post again soon. - Thu 12th Oct 2006, 10:29 pm
Am at uniArrived at Bath University on Wednesday. 'Tis good. There is much beer and friend-making. I've had a lot of talks about the course, safety, library and others, but have got nothing for the weekend now until lectures start on Monday. Pub crawl was good last night (although very busy- there were ~1000 students in Bath in addition the the regular locals). I lost my group and ended up with a group from another house, but all was good. Someone put a lot of fairy liquid in the fountain, and it went all bubbly and there were mountains of foam on the water. It takes 50 minutes to walk up the hill to the Uni from Bath- next time I will wait in the queue for the bus. - Fri 29th Sep 2006, 06:09 pm Older...
